The Valentine Estate offers a diverse selection of working spaces in Southwark, London. The local authority is Southwark Council. The freehold is owned by Valentine Place Portfolio Limited.

A key aspect of the online property portal is to keep users updated of certain information by email and/or SMS (such as keyholding and delivery alerts and building notifications). The legal basis for such communications may depend on the precise circumstances, but will be the user’s consent, the performance of a contract or our legitimate interests (being the delivery of the service to the users).
For this reason, on registering for an account you will be automatically opted in to receive all available alerts from the online service.
